The year I completed 365 days of yoga

I feel like I talk about yoga a lot. Maybe I do. Maybe I don’t and I’m just paranoid. The thing is, either people like talking about it or they really don’t at all – which I get.

Once you’re on the yoga-boat it’s hard to get off, even if you don’t do it every day you know that when you do do it it feels great because stretching is, scientifically proven, the best. The. Best.

So how was a whole year of doing yoga every day? To be honest, it was great. I feel better, I feel more balanced both physically and mentally. I now have a home practice which both challenges me and relaxes me.

I could write a really long boring post about it but, instead, chatted about it in a really long boring way (and out of focus) instead!

Let me know if you do yoga; do you do it every day? If you have any questions give me a shout!

  1. That’s so awesome you were able to do yoga every day! Yoga is great and I love how much better I feel when I do it regularly. Right now I only manage to do it a few times a week, but maybe I’ll try to increase that a bit 🙂

    1. Thank you! It was definitely difficult and years in the making. I never thought I’d be able to do it!! And there’s nothing wrong with only doing it once or twice a week at all! Yoga is just awesome no matter what! 🙏🏻 😘
