A new layout!

Whilst it’s not very excited and it probably doesn’t need a full blog post just to announce it I figured why not?

I have had the same layout for a while now and, whilst I liked it, it was just stale and boring to look at [for me, who looks at it quite a bit].

I’m currently working on this theme [click to the site if you’re reading this via email or on your WordPress preview page] and enjoying it. I’m not going to lie; I don’t have a fully suited and booted account on WordPress – I’m frugal. I don’t want to pile a lot of money into a subscription that I won’t get anything FROM, in monetary terms… and to be fair I don’t think many people view my blog on an actual web browser? The funny thing is, if I did pay for a full business membership I could hook this thing up to analytics and actually check that. Chicken/egg.

So, what does a new layout mean? Nothing, for you. Probably nothing for me except that great feeling of de-cluttering. I love to declutter, despite the fact I don’t do it often and could only be described as ‘messy’… at best.

And so, without further ado, the new layout is live and kicking and, most probably, going to be tweaked on and off again until the next time I chose to find a new one!

Huzzah!

There is actually cause for celebration, though, because big changes will be happening over here this year so this is kind of a step towards that, in a way.

What big changes, you ask? Well, you’ll just have to stick around to find out!
